Privacy Policy

Network Assessment Pro is built to keep assessment data local to the operator's device by default. This page explains what stays on the iPhone, when direct network requests happen, and how optional gateway modes change the data path.

1. Local Assessment Data

SouthRock Technologies LLC does not collect, receive, or store your client assessment data, saved workspaces, discovered host details, or generated PDF report contents as part of the normal on-device workflow.

Assessment results, exported reports, and client workspace records remain on your iPhone unless you explicitly export, share, delete, or otherwise move them off the device.

2. Network Activity Created by the App

Local subnet discovery, vulnerability checks, and optional Bonjour or mDNS browsing run directly from your device against the network you choose to assess.

Optional internet-facing utilities, such as public IP checks, internet speed tests, DNS lookups, or certificate checks, create direct requests from your device to the systems needed to fulfill that feature. Those requests are not routed through SouthRock Technologies LLC by default.

3. Optional Remote Gateway Modes

The app can be configured for optional remote discovery or remote vulnerability-scanning gateway modes in approved enterprise environments. If you enable those modes, selected target details and assessment data may be sent directly from your device to the gateway endpoint you or your organization configured.

SouthRock Technologies LLC does not automatically enable those gateways for you. You are responsible for the privacy, security, and terms governing any gateway endpoint you choose to use.

4. Permissions and Device Access

Local Network Access

The app requests local network access only when you start discovery or manually browse Bonjour or mDNS services on the current network.

Files and Export

If you export a PDF or share a file, that action is initiated by you and the file leaves the device only through the destination you select using Apple's share and file workflows.

5. Purchases and Subscription Data

If you subscribe to Pro Technician through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes billing, payment methods, and subscription status. SouthRock Technologies LLC does not receive your full payment-card details through the app.

The app may receive subscription-entitlement status from Apple so it can unlock Pro Technician features such as unlimited scans, unlimited workspaces, and white-label branding.

6. No Advertising or Customer Tracking

The app does not use advertising SDKs, customer-behavior analytics trackers, or telemetry intended to harvest your assessment results or client data for marketing purposes.

SouthRock Technologies LLC does not sell your assessment data and does not use the normal app workflow to build a customer-data profile from your scan results.

7. Data Retention on the Device

Saved workspaces, scan history, and generated report files remain available on the device until you delete them, uninstall the app, or remove them using iOS file-management or backup workflows.

If you remove the app from the device, local app data may also be removed based on iOS behavior.
